Strength workouts involve weighted equipment like dumbbells or kettlebells that will focus on upper body, lower body, total body and core. The workouts involve timed interval sets which allow you to pace yourself to complete as much of the workout as you can. Participants are encouraged to listen to their body, and all classes are scalable and suitable for all levels. Our instructors will empower you to make the best choices for you, every single class.
