Tabata workouts are bodyweight workouts that combine strength and conditioning. A Tabata is an interval of eight rounds, 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, that allow you to pace yourself to complete as much of the workout as you can. Participants are encouraged to listen to their body, and all classes are scalable and suitable for all levels. Our instructors will empower you to make the best choices for you, every single class.
